1. Introduction
This page explains how you can manage your personal data in Planova Studio. As a user, you have complete control over your data and can exercise your rights at any time.
2. Data Management from the Application
2.1. View your data:
All your data is visible directly in the application:
- Posts: "My Posts" screen - you can view, edit, and delete any post
- Calendar: "Calendar" screen - you can view, edit, and delete scheduled posts
- Templates: "Templates" screen - you can view, edit, and delete content templates
- Settings: "Settings" screen - you can view and modify your profile, preferences, and app configuration
2.2. Edit your data:
You can edit any data directly in the application:
- Tap any post or template to edit it
- Modify the content and save the changes
- Changes are saved immediately
2.3. Delete individual data:
You can delete specific data:
- Posts: Swipe left or use the delete button
- Templates: Access the template and use the delete option
- Categories: Access the category and use the delete option
โ ๏ธ Note: Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
3. Export Your Data
3.1. Manual export (JSON format):
How to export:
What the export includes:
- All your social media posts
- All your content templates
- All your scheduled posts
- All your categories and tags
- Export date
- Data format version
- Note: Media files (images, videos) are not included in the JSON export but remain on your device
File format:
- Format: JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)
- Encoding: UTF-8
- Structure: Data organized by categories
- Size: Depends on the amount of data
Use of the exported file:
- You can save it on your device
- You can share it via email or cloud storage
- You can import it into another Planova Studio instance (if you reinstall the app)
- You can use it for your own records or analysis
3.2. Encrypted backup export (premium users):
Only available for users with premium subscription who have backups enabled.
How to download backups:
Backup features:
- Format: Encrypted with AES-256
- Password: Your account password (required to decrypt)
- Content: All your content data compressed and encrypted
- Frequency: Automatic weekly (if enabled)
- Retention: Last 6 backups are kept
- Note: Media files are stored locally only and are not included in cloud backups
How to use a downloaded backup:
- The backup is encrypted, you need your password to decrypt it
- You can restore it in the application using the "Restore from cloud" function
- Or you can save it as a security backup
4. Delete Your Account and Data
4.1. Account deletion (registered users):
How to delete your account:
What is deleted when you delete your account:
- โ Your user account in Supabase
- โ All your authentication data
- โ All your cloud backups
- โ All your profile information
- โ All your subscription information
- โ All records associated with your account
Processing time:
- Immediate account access deletion
- Complete data deletion: Maximum 30 days
- Email confirmation when completed

- Deletion is permanent and irreversible
- Make sure to export your data before deleting the account if you want to keep it
- Local data on your device is NOT automatically deleted (you must uninstall the app)
4.2. Local data deletion (not registered):
If you are NOT registered:
- Your data is only on your device
- To delete all data: Uninstall the application
- Or manually delete each post from the application
How to uninstall:
- iOS: Long press the app icon > Delete app
- Android: Settings > Apps > Planova Studio > Uninstall
4.3. Partial data deletion:
You can delete specific data without deleting your account:
- Delete individual posts from the app
- Delete individual templates
- Delete individual categories
โน๏ธ Note: This does NOT delete your account, only the selected data.
5. Manage Privacy Preferences
5.1. Cloud synchronization:
Synchronization control:
- If registered: Your data is automatically synchronized with Supabase
- You can stop synchronizing: Delete your account (this will delete data from the cloud)
- Local data always remains on your device
Automatic backups (premium only):
- Activated automatically when you purchase a premium subscription
- Run automatically every week
- You can disable them: Contact support or delete your premium account
5.2. Privacy settings in the app:
From the application you can:
- Change your username
- Modify your email (requires verification)
- Change your password
- Configure platform preferences
- Manage what data is synchronized
5.3. Application permissions:
Permissions requested by Planova Studio:
- Storage (Android): To save exported backups and media files
- Photos/Media (iOS/Android): To attach images and videos to posts
- Internet: For synchronization and authentication (only if registered)

- iOS: Settings > Planova Studio > Permissions
- Android: Settings > Apps > Planova Studio > Permissions
6. Specific User Rights
6.1. Right of access:

- You can withdraw your consent for data processing

7. Security of Your Data
7.1. Security measures implemented:
Encryption:
- Backups encrypted with AES-256
- Hashed passwords (never in plain text)
- Communications via HTTPS/TLS
Secure storage:
- Local data protected by system permissions
- Cloud data with security policies (RLS)
- Credentials in device secure storage
7.2. What you can do:
Best practices:
- Use a strong password (minimum 8 characters, with uppercase, lowercase, numbers)
- Do not share your password
- Keep your device updated
- Use screen lock on your device
- Export your data regularly as a backup

Can I use Planova Studio without registering?
Yes. You can use the application completely without registering. All your content data will be stored only locally on your device.
What data is sent to servers if I don't register?
None. If you don't register, no data leaves your device. Everything is stored locally.
Can I delete only some posts?
Yes. You can delete individual posts, templates, or categories directly from the application.
How do I know my data is secure?
- We use AES-256 encryption for backups
- All communications are via HTTPS
- Passwords are never stored in plain text
- Row Level Security policies in the database
Can I recover deleted posts?
No. Deletion is permanent. That's why we recommend making regular backups if you have important content.
What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?
- If you are NOT registered: All data is deleted when you uninstall
- If you are registered: Cloud data remains, but you can delete it by deleting your account
Can I change my email?
Yes. You can change your email from the application or by contacting support. Verification of the new email will be required.
Can I have multiple accounts?
Yes. You can create multiple accounts with different emails. Each account is independent.
How can I verify what data you have about me?
- You can view all your data directly in the application
- You can export your data to review it
- You can request a complete report by email
